Rainbow Sundays Film Club

The Rainbow Sundays film club is fast approaching , August addition was a great success , with the Jungle book (2016)being a great hit with everyone who attended.

The next Rainbow Sundays film club will be held on Sunday the 11th September, 5-7pm

 

The winning choice of film is GREASE starring Olivia Newton John and John Travolta, this film is rated a p.g certificate , all under 8’s must be accompanied by a parent , guardian or responsible adult.

This is a FREE event!

Doors open from 5pm , Café will be open for refreshments including popcorn and sweets.

You need to pre-book for this event.

Skate park week!

 

               Come along and join in the week long skating event!

 

26 -29th July at whitings hill school daily from 12-4pm , come along and showcase your BMX skills!!

Beginners session runs from 12-2pm , intermediate rider session run from 2-4pm.

Once a month at the rainbow centre  we will be hosting film screenings the first one will be held in July.

We would like to let us know what films you would like to be screened by doing a short survey.

Saturday skate park

 Saturday skate park is back and better than ever!!

Come along and showcase your bike skills at our fantastic mobile skate park.

The session will run from 12-4  every saurday(weather permitting)and is for ages 8-18. Its best to wear trousers and long sleeves and we provide pads and helmets. We have a selection of bikes and scooters and a couple of boards you can use. For more info click here

Football season

                                       Football season is back!

                            Every Tuesday starting 31st of May

                  5-6pm at king George playing fields, en5 2dn 

if your aged between 11-18yrs,Come down and get active with this weekly sporting event.

There will be football coaches from the Suberbos community team alongside the Rainbows Centre youth worker to help you to brush up on your football skills.

Employment Fair Preparations

Our amazing chef Georgia creating her famous cup cake’s in preparation for the employment fair being hosted at the Rainbow centre today.

Come along and search local employment opportunity’s , bring your CV along.

Free tea/coffee and a cup cake for each person that registers to attend the employment
